Off the mains, mostly
Agua Dulce is rural in a way the rest of the valley is not. Parcels are measured in acres rather than feet, it is unincorporated, and most properties are not connected to a municipal sewer at all — they run their own septic, and a good many draw water from a private well.
That changes what goes wrong and how it is diagnosed. A slow drain on a septic property is a different problem from a blocked main in town and is solved in a different order. Well water brings hardness, sediment and pump pressure into the picture, none of which a house on the mains ever has to think about.
