Our own neighbourhood
Saugus is where we are based — the address on this site is in 91350, a few minutes from most of the streets on this page. It is usually the fastest call-out in the valley for us, which matters more at two in the morning than it does at two in the afternoon.
Most of Saugus went up between the 1960s and the 1980s. That generation of houses was plumbed in copper, so the supply lines themselves tend to be sound; what has quietly reached the end of its life all at once is everything fitted around them. Water heaters, angle stops, hose bibs and the flexible connectors under sinks all have a clock on them, and in a house of this age they are usually running it out together.
